Student Eligibility: Basic eligibility requirements to participate in middle school and high school athletics are summarized on page 1 on the student physical form (follow link below). For special circumstances please contact the Athletic Director.

Wellness schedules are posted monthly. Patrons must have an Emergency / Liability Release form on file to participate and must be a Brooke County resident. Forms are available by following the posted link and from the supervisor in the Fitness Room and from lifeguards in the pool. Family seasonal sport athletic passes (click on link below) or are available in the Athletic Office.

The high school pass is $60.00 and the middle school pass is $50.00 and admits an individual family (two adults and children middle school age and younger in the same household) to all regular season home school athletic events for the respective school during that  sports season except Varsity football & WVSSAC, OVAC, or PAC 8 tournament games.

Brooke High & Brooke Middle School Student Athletic Passes are also available at a cost of $40.00 and admits the student to all home regular season athletic events for the entire 2024-2025 school year.
