BROOKE COUNTY SCHOOLS HEROIC RECOGNITION

MICHELLE MAHAN

On March 21, 2024 at Brooke Primary South, Michelle Mahan, a substitute aide, performed the Heimlich Maneuver on a student who was choking during lunch.  Thanks to Michelle’s quick actions, she saved the life of that student. 

Brooke County Schools would like to thank Michelle for her heroic action.
