Thank you to Station Grille, Wellsburg Mayor Danny Dudley, the Brooke County Assessor’s Office, Little Bruins Football Association, and BouncE Boyz for your generous donations! Also, a big shout out to the BHS baseball and football teams for your hard work today. The businesses and residents of Brooke County are so generous and always put our students’ needs first. We couldn’t have stuffed the bus without you! Brooke County is truly THE PLACE TO “B”!!!💚💛

✏️✂️📚 Day 4 of Stuff A Bus was an active day! There were several businesses that showed up today to help support the students of Brooke County. A huge thank you goes out to Delegate Jimmy Willis, Chamber and James Funeral Homes, Drexler Insurance in Follansbee, WesBanco in Wellsburg, Tommy’s Classic Touch, and the Greater Pittsburgh Behavioral Therapy Hilary Zurbuch LPC for their generous donations. Also thank you to the BHS girls’ soccer and swim teams and the BHS and BMS golf teams for coming out to help with this event. Tomorrow is the last day of Stuff A Bus. Hope to see you there!✂️✏️📘

💚💛🚌💚💛 Day 1 of Stuff A Bus started off great! Williams Energy dropped off a huge donation, along with the Rockdale Village Apartments and the Wellsburg Christian Church Men’s Breakfast Club. The BHS girls’ softball and boys’ basketball teams came to volunteer at the event. We were also visited by Mr. James and Mr. Williamson from the high school. Thank you everyone for your support. Ms. Williams and Mrs Koziara brought Clara and did some Yoga with our Summer School students for Wellness Wednesday.
The WVU Extension Office shared their knowledge on stomp rockets with our students in a fun STEAM lesson. This was a great way to end the first week of our Bruins Bloom Summer Learning program.
